| Parents of Sparta Youth Wrestlers,
First and foremost, I hope that you and your families are all doing well through this pandemic. Your safety and well-being always takes a precedent in these uncertain times.
That being said, we are cautiously optimistic that the Sparta Youth Wrestling Clinic, Future Stars, K-6 and K-8 programs will begin inside of the January 2021 timeframe. In preparation of our program’s start, we will look to open enrollment around November 15th. More specific feedback will be provided on the program parameters, once we obtain information on the league protocols, measures, and regulations pertaining to COVID.
In the interim to our program’s start, you may want to strongly consider enrolling your wrestler into any of the available wrestling facilities, like Iron Horse Wrestling Club in Sparta or Buxton Athletic Training Center in Randolph. In this way your wrestler will stay fit and trained well prior to the season’s start. Additionally, there are available tournaments to enroll in, such as SEPA Wrestling, out of the Newtown Athletic club, in Newtown, PA.
